Hello

As many vegans , new found and old, and animals lovers in general can relate, compassion for animals has been a long standing feeling.  

A a young girl, my sister and I would watch this show called Animal Cops and swore we would become them one day. Although we didn't go the law enforcement route, we both went into fields that related to the well being and beneficial nature of animals in some capacity. While she went into conservation and protection (where I began as well), I went into non profit management and connecting people with animals. 

My original perspective was centered around using animals as resources for humans, which better served humans who are of course prioritized. But, this came at the expense of some animals. I am acquiring more knowledge and growing more empathetic to their plight. I say, Hay Friends 1st to emphasize that this organization is focused on serving the animals, as opposed to using them as a tool.

This project has been brewing within me for years, and I am exciting to finally be launching in 2024!
